I’m a strength coach, athlete, and mom who’s passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Fitness has been a constant in my life through every season - from pushing physical limits to rebuilding after pregnancy - and it’s taught me that true strength is about consistency, patience, and self-trust. I believe training should support your life, not consume it, and that progress looks different for everyone.
